TERMS AND CONDITIONS: *

1. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the venue that ‘You Me Forever’ will be performing. We require a minimum of 3m x 2m to perform. 2. ‘You Me Forever’ will provide a full PA system, musical equipment and some stage lighting, with all equipment being PAT tested. 3. ‘You Me Forever’ will hold Public Liability Insurance. 4. Whilst every effort will be made to meet all client requirements, fair weather is required for performing outside. Please discuss any requirements prior to your event, with a final decision being made on the day. 5. If your package includes a full day of entertainment i.e. our Platinum Package – one meal per member will be required during the Wedding Breakfast. 6. ‘You Me Forever’ will carry out a telephone consultation with all clients six weeks prior to their event. 7. In order to secure your date, ‘You Me Forever’ ask that a 15% deposit is to be made. 8. The balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. 9. If you require cancellation of ‘You Me Forever’ for your event, the following terms will apply: - Up to six months remaining – Loss of deposit - Less than six months remaining – Loss of half of fee - Four weeks remaining – Loss of full fee 10. If for any reason ‘You Me Forever’ are unable to attend your event due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. severe illness, unsafe road conditions etc – you will receive a full refund.
